BOOK LAUNCH PARTY
24-Hour LIVESTREAM
Midday June 30 - Midday July 1
Whaaaaaaat! Are you serious?
Yup. Why not! To celebrate the offical launch of the book ‘Everyday Creative - a dangerous guide to making magic at work’ we’re throwing an online party to end all online parties.
A 24-hour livestream event.
I’ll be 100% live online from 12pm on Tuesday June 30th until 12pm on Wednesday July 1st, taking your questions & giving you answers about how to bring more everyday creativity into your work, life, company & career!
And I won’t be alone.
Joining me throughout the 24 hours is an outrageous cast of creative characters, live-musical performances, live-cooking shows, behind the scenes exposés, ask me anythings, VIP special offers, chook raffles, vegan meat tray’s, buzz word bingo, and random acts of kindness.
This will be a book launch like no other.
All proceeds from book sales sold during the 24-hour livestream will go to ‘Fifteen Trees’ who I’ve been a fan of for some time.
This event is designed to ignite the kind of everyday creativity that I speak about in the book and that I wish for you in your life & work.
It’s wildly unconventional, utterly inconvenient, and outrageously impractical. Which are the essential ingredients for beauty, truth, intimacy, serendipity and magic.
You’ll have unlimited opportunities to interact & engage with me, my guests and the show. So come prepared to be inspired, to get answers and to make more of the things that matter…to you!
Register now and stay tuned for updates!

The Menu
Part One
Preparing The Canvas
12pm - 8pm
Before we even begin to create, we’ve got to prepare the canvas. To clear the space, tune the strings, sharpen our tools & mix a few paints.
To do that, it’s important we understand how we ended up where we are. Why we find it so hard to be creative. Why our workplaces seem to crush any attempt to do things differently. And who might be to blame for the blockages we experience on a daily basis.
Take a few deep breaths, push your shoulders back & let us begin our voyage to the centre of creative selves..

Part Two
Developing A Practice
8pm - 4am
There are four essential qualities that enable the work of an Everyday Creative. When practised in harmony they form a virtuous circle of creativity, compounding the impact you can have over time.
In part II, we’ll explore each of these practices and discover simple, practical ways to apply them immediately at work and in your life.
Remember that creativity isn’t a gift or talent; it’s a muscle and a habit. The more you use it, the more you have. An Everyday Creative doesn’t fake it till they make, they make it till they make it.

War Stories with Mark Wales
When I first floated the idea of a 24-hour livestream, no one was interested. That was until Mark said, ‘if you do 24-hours I’ll tell a bunch of war stories I haven’t told anyone’. As a former SAS troop commander with 10 tours and 4 in Afghanistan, this is a session you don’t want to miss.
Part Three
Making Your Masterpiece
4am -12pm
By now we’re well on our way to becoming Everyday Creatives. All that’s left is to dunk our hand into the paint, and swirl it all over the canvas that is our life and career.
There are no maps or blueprints. No guidelines or formulas. From here, it’s up to you to make & shape your vision & version of an Everyday Creative.
Let’s do it together.
